Hi Guys I have just sold my old P38 and now have a new 2007 vogue se
which I am very pleased with.
however I have had her for a week now and things are starting to go wrong
I have two problems that I hope someone will help me with :)

1, sat nav
my sat nav is not working
first of all it came up with a message saying the disc is not a map disc etc but I have now bought a new DVD drive and now this works, but I don't have any GPS signal, I'm guessing that I just need a new Ariel?

2, the famous air suspension
two days ago I had a message saying reduce speed to 30 suspension fault or something like that
but after a while it righted its self and was all ok, I stopped and tried all the settings and the car went up and down all ok, I got to my destination and on my way home it happened again.

then the next day it did the same

unfortunely I have now found out that my nanocom unit does not support this l322. so I'm guessing I will be selling that then.

so would anyone be so kind and help me on these two issues,
apart from that I'm very please with my new toy

thanks in advance guys

I am not sure when the changeover is (2006?) but I think the Nanocom can handle your car with a new cable and module. However, it might be cheaper to go down the AllComms from RSW solution - depends on compatibility. I think the best if it works for your year is the IDS product but that is pricey too.

Yeah, I think it's 2006. I think the licenses are about 50 notes, not sure about the cable. Still not bad and probably cheaper than a complete new set. Also means if you go back to a p38 or if anyone in your area needs help you're sorted.
If you do decide to sell the Nanocom, @cornishboater or @PastyMuncher83 might be interested.

I contacted Nanocom yesterday asking what code I needed to buy to unlock the unit and they told me that at the moment this unit does not support my car
so I will be selling my unit I guess, I don't think I will buy another P38

so any thoughts on why my new toy is playing up, I did treat her to a Polish wash (they are good for five pounds). ;)

Not sure about the satnav issue but the EAS issue could be a loose ride height sensor. Going over a pothole or a speed bump or a kerb, etc, could move a loose sensor and confuse the EAS. It might not be but it's a nice easy one to check.

Thank you gold Rover
I must admit that she was fine until I took her off road. I bet this truck had never been off road in ten years until I got my hands on her lol

So please excuse me for being thick where on the truck would I find this and what does it look like

Thanks

No idea ref version 20 and you're welcome.I try to share what little knowledge I have, in return for the multitude of times I have been helped on here.

Thought it was bees?

Not played with an L322 but I think it is like the Disco LR3? If so the connectors for the height sensors are behind the bumpers where they can catch as much crap off the wheels as possible. Also, the Disco 3 had a compressor pump upgrade that required a firmware and relay upgrade otherwise it threw spurious faults when hitting bumps. Not sure if the L322 was the same?

Hi thanks Wazzajnr, I never got a reply from nanocom when I tried to order one so bought a Hawkeye Pro. Has sorted out all my issues on both my Gems/Thor P38 and works on L322 with no extra cost cables/licences.

Whereabouts are you located IanWallace? Will happily plug in my new toy, o-er mrs
