Hi, recently bought a landy from Nene (excellent service). Used to have an old SIIA then Disco S1, then Defender 90 - sadly said goodbye to it as Mum (88) couldn't get in it no more. She passed away last year so couldn't wait to get back to a landy - now TD5.
Been reading the banter on the site and there are some good tips!
Introduction to how amusing landy's can be was with my Rosy (my old SIIA) changing the steering box at night in the pouring rain with a table lamp fed through the window - lump hammer and bolster job. Oh, should say I am a woman much to the dismay of James May....

if you "go advanced" then "manage attatchments" and you can upload piccies from yer pc to post on here and "user cp" and "edit avatar" to insert your desired picture as your user avatar.I think...

Friend's kids were very interested in my landy so chucked them in the back (no seats) and took a fast ride around some very winding farm tracks at speed....quote of the day "How cool is that; pucka! (used to be a pie) Better than any ride at Alton Towers"....winner for me too as all their money fell out of their pockets.:rolly:
