hi there everyone my names david and im going to view a 2001 disco td5 auto tomorrow with 97000 miles on it , is there any thing that i should be looking out for on these? im quite mechaniclly minded but i recon you lot will know a whole lot more than me on these.
any replies will be appreciated.

:welcome2:To Landyzone!!

As has been said rust and electronics both spring to mind. If you do not intend to go too far from civilisation then an auto if a little slower is fine. If you intend to go out somewhere a bit isolated alone then I would prefer an older with less electronics manual car (200/300tdi).

Whatever you choose the guys and girls on here know their stuff so you will be well looked after :)

regards

Dave
