New to Discos and need some pointers

Might have the chance to do a deal for my series 3 against a 300tdi Disco 1
But I,m not really familiar with such new-fangled machines so I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas about what to look for with the Disco other than the usual boot floor/arches corrosion, smoking engines,steering play etc etc

Hi, make sure the electrics are OK and then its RUST!!!!!!!!!!!Has it had a timing belt recently, if not, budget for one, then look for more rust!!!!!
When you find a good one, buy it, and enjoy it!
