Not sure if that will be a great drive. My Disco wandered all over the place with low pros. Steered perfectly when I put standard wheels and tyres on it.
I've had them on for over a week and it's pretty good. Steering is good, doesn't wander...just the ride a little harder but pleased overall.

But.... as I bought the tyres with the rims, I'll soon change to 275/55/20.... otherwise, the rims will get trashed...

I was considering 275/60/20.... any thoughts?

Another reason I don't like them, the constant vigilance is wearing. I only really used my Disco for towing cattle trailers, and you don't want a harsh ride for that.
Depends on the use.... If I was towing, these rims would not be on her... but I get your point

... You'd think:D

just hope they don’t get ruined as it would indeed be a shame if they did

am looking at a tyre calculator for u , but know the guys here are extremely knowledgable when it comes to tyre sizes

agreed , low profiles on a 4x4 is one of my pet hates , due to the rims getting so easily damaged , but isn’t my vehicle and didn’t wish my post to come across rude to the OP ,

Not through choice, there is a plethora of posts about tyres.

I always use standard, I figure the designer of the vehicle must have known what he was doing.

indeed , may i ask please what is the min sidewall rating for the D2 s please

did u see my other post ref the D3 tyres , op bought lovely stormer wheels and tyres but were off a RRS , tyres were rated at 106 and D3 needs 111 so tyres no good, felt really bad opening my gob

A lot of people ignore speed ratings, especially on 4x4, because they aren't perceived to go fast.
But as you say, some of the modern ones do.

indeed, also i imagine if there was an accident the ins company would soon see the tyres weren’t rated as per manufacturer and refuse to pay out
