New joiner

Hi,
just joined the LAND ROVER ZONE and will introduce myself:-
Old guy ,Marine Chief Engineer and landrover fanatic. have had a Series 2 SWB 1959 for past 10 years -fully roadworthy , but only used in the dry -hmmm needless to say doesn't come out of the garage much up here in Scotland. Usually her longest run is for annual MOT!
Have also got a Disco 2 (2000) V8 LPG as my run around -more of a challenge to maintain than the Series 2.

hope you got a good sense of humour and thick skin (needed on here)
although us older members get cut a bit of slack (but dont take it to heart if you get called gramps etc)
