Am in the middle of looking for a TD4 Freelander 1, 3 door. Will be used daily as a dog wagon and the occasional bit of towing of a 1800kg boat trailer.
Not the best with a spanner, but I intend to change that with the arrival of the car. Would be grateful for advice on what to look out for when testing cars and what immediate upgrades are recommended to prolong the life of it.
Would also like recommendations for a good LR specialist close to Leicester.
Anyway, have enjoyed reading these forums as a lurker but now look forward to contributing.
