New guy with an audio question.

Hello all, I'm new to the RR world and had a question. I recently purchased a 06 RR HSE and was wondering if there are any options to replace the stock head unit? The lack of an aux port and the fact the DVD will not play to the screen here in the US leaves a lot to be desired for such a high end vehicle. I've read the Dnyavin DVN L322 will fit some models, but not models with Nav and was wondering why? If I remove my factory Nav screen and radio tuner behind it will this allow for the fitment of the Dynavin? Or are there any other options at all to replace the head unit, everyone around here is saying No, thanks for the help.
