New gearbox and clutch issues

I have recently put a lt77 from a 19j into my v8 which involved changing the input shaft to the engine, we then installed a new clutch and thrus bearing, now when the box was all put together it is making a loud noise asif the thrus bearing has gone and the landy will not select gears propery and is jumpy when u finally select a gear.
Any body have a clue? Just taking box back at now

Just pulled box out spiggot seems to of suffered some damage and the input shaft doesnt look to be sitting straight

v8 pinions run 22 teeth not all lt77s do 50a as fitted to 2.5s run 21teeth only the 56a runs 22 like v8 as fitted to 200 tdi ,fitting wrong one will bugger layshaft and pinion,not to mention you have to swap inner race as well as outer bearing and reset preload
