New Door Problem

In the last two weeks, I've had a new second hand door fitted to my Freelander. The gaps look reasonably okay but when the door is closed, it is not flush with the back door and is too far in (if you get whet I mean). When the back door is opened it now rubs on the shut drivers door. In order to correct this, do I need to adjust the latch striker, so the door will be flush or is this something I have to live with?

Normally you need to move the door rearward, or inward at the hinge, or a combination of both.
Can you post pictures of the issues?
