new discovery 3

Hi guys and gals, i have been on landyzone now for a month or 2 now and as you may be able to see from my profile i have a td5. But that is not the case anymore we now have a lr d3, And like others i was going to wait till next year, But we had a drive in a demo d3 and my wife fell in love, So after her telling me she hated the look of the new d3 and we would never have 1 and once she drove it that was it how soon can we have one. So i did the gentlemanly thing and spoke to our local dealership, and lo and behold we now have a d3, only thing i have to say to all people saying they are waiting till next year, Why ? you get 3 years warranty full lr cover anywhere in europe, so owt goes wrong they sort it! My new car is ace and if anybody out there thats been waiting til the day they can afford a range rover, like i have since i was 15 years old your wait is over this is as close to a rangey than you can ever be, So if in dowt go test drive one, Because iam telling once you have you will be hooked, But now iam 39 years old now i have gone for the auto box (you know like od men do) and the bluetooth hands free, The air suspention is top toy anyway enough from me as you can tell iam impressed, so thanks for looking and will keep you posted, Thanks and all the best bigcol .

What can I say except SNAP !!!!!

Hi larryuk, which bit are you snapping, the bit about the car or the bit about the wife, rather funny you replying to my post, but the new car is only 1 week and 1 day old and already the suspention warning lights been on twice, rather funny dont you think, they tell me it will sort itself out, i just think its the way the wife drives it myself , (hope she does not see this she hurts when she punches) it has not done it to me yet, so lets see shall we, iam waiting to get my free half day offroading at coniston hall have you got yours yet? hope to catch you soon all the best bigcol.

Had ours 3 months the only problem so far has been the cigar lighter cover wont shut other than that still happy with the car, not been offroad, not allowed , we are gonna book 1/2 day offroading in Feb next year. And the wife didnt like the Disco 3, couldnt use her wheel cover. When she test drove it she was hooked lol.

My m8 has got the same motor and has had it for a bit now,
regarding the suspention light he has also had the same problem over and over .Now they are changing the suspention ECU on LR warranty, so infact LR do Know the problem exists so keep getting on at them and you will get yours done.

providing that the fault on yours is same as my m8's
