New disco owner could use advise on tyre choice and setups people are running

Hi all owned my discovery 300tdi auto now for 4 months and love it.

Intend to use it as my everyday vehicle but also for events and driving around in boggy woodlands,

Currently have 2" lift, snorkel, winch and winch bumper heavy duty rear bumper.

Now need to fit some tyres to it. Most my driving is road based, however when i do go off road i will need some chunky mts.

I am looking at bfg km2s and kumho k71s to fit on my standard alloys. Having difficulty choosing a size. What does everyone think.

As its auto im affraid of buying 265/75/16 incase it sucks performance on road. How about 245/75/16 would be great to get some feedback cheers harry

I've always buy ever since their tyre distributer took me around their testing facility. they are awesome, really cheap, look fat and wide, never lose grip and do about 40km.

loads of other people are moving to them too.
