i just installed a new computer in my 2001 Discovery II (USA version runs on petrol or what we call in the US premium unleaded) and it appears that it needs to be "synced" or "recalibrated". Previously, the truck won't start but with the new computer she is cranking and running for a few seconds. Am stuck in a remote location in Central America and was wondering if there is anything you can do to override the computer to keep the engine running...kind of in a manual mode?
