You're quite correct, we aren't.
Quite possibly because this sounds a bit like a **** take... If it was a war, then yes it could be possible. But its not. It's merely a 'situation of prolonged conflict'.

an old mate of mine just e mailed me with some real startling noos. it seems that the MOD is now employing imigrant eastern europeans to shift through the sand in the butts on firing ranges.
After they have collected enough spent bullets they have to then file the rifling marks off then and insert then into reconditioned cases
