I have a 95 300 TDI Auto Discovery dead on my front lawn, it has been stood now for close on two years due to an engine that nearly seized up.
I am loath to weigh the Land Rover in, but can't justifythe cost of replacing the engine, I would prefer to see it going to a new home.
I'm looking for a decent offer for the vehicle if anyone is interested.:);)

Pictures? Service records? Pictures? General condition? Pictures? Rust? Pictures? What is 'a decent offer'? Pictures? What does 'nearly seized' mean? Pictures?

I've never tried one I really should though :p

I tried one last week for the first time ever (would have tried one sooner but the daughter found my pack of 4 Mars bars in the fridge and consumed the lot, so had to wait till I bought some more). What a waste of a delicious confectionary item, and an addition of about 950 calories :puke:

Here is the Discovery,

In general it's no worse than any other Discovery, it has rust in the usual places, and it would appear that the rear floor has been replaced, but failure to treat it after has resulted in rust appearing.
The engine nearly seized up on the A55, I felt it getting tight and turned it off, it would turn on getting home but failed to start again.
I'm not expecting much, it would cost me £30 to take it for scrap behind my Range Rover, however I'd rather it went to someone who could make use of it for spares or put it back on the road.
