I have a 200TDI with a LT77 trans and 230 transmission. I have put a 2 inch lift with some 275 tires on the truck. Do I, or would I need to replace the transfer box to a lower or higher gear ratio?

I would like to cruse highway around 70, if at all possible.

You don't have to but if you want to cruise at 70 it would certainly be a lot easier on your motor and on you. Stick a disco box in it, they're geared at 1.2 rather than 1.4 and can be picked up cheap enough. They're a straight swap too
