My old mate and I are putting together a 300 Tdi to do a bit of mad off roading. We are looking to give the old girl a 3" lift and some proper mud terrains. Now question is, would we need a pair of cranked / castor corrected arms for the front ? What would she handle like with and without - any suggestions ?
Thanks guys.

Some people find that they don't need any castor corrected with a 3 inch lift. Personally I find that anything over a 2 inch lift and some castor correction can make the LR a better driver.

I don't like castor correction bushes or front arms. Redrilled swivels or an 'adjusted' front axle casing are they way to go. Both are fit and forget options without affecting the front prop UJs.
