Nearly fecked it!!

Driving from Viginia Water to Englefield Green last night and hit a small pond in the road at about 45ish
Came out t'other side with the feeling of 2 or 3 of the 6 firing and the rest making lots of white/grey smoke which gave the bloke behind a bit of a shock.
Stopped at the a30 and it sounded like a bag of spanners....panic, killed it i thought....nursed it back to sis in laws bouncing it off the rev limiter to try and clear it and it did!!!
Took us to south coast today without missing a beat!!
Long live the BMW diesel!!!
