In short as a active member of Northern Counties Off Road Trial Club we need some more trialers for next season!

If your interested in doing some trials around Yorkshire & Lancashire in 2014 please have a look at NCORTC | Northern Counties Off Road Trials Club

We run as a whole both rtv's and ccv's and have two classes 80-88" and 88" upwards, all Marques are welcome road legal or not and they have to pass basic scrutineering. We trial on the 3rd Sunday of each month except December & January, with 2014 season kicking off in Febuary.

I've only been a member of the club for six months and I have to say all the members are an easy going bunch who are just out to have a bit of fun on a Sunday, there is a good mix of vehicles and experiences and there is no shortage of help for novices.

I've found out the limits of my driving and my vehicle with the club and it makes you realise exactly what your vehicle can do and vastly improves driver skill!

The trials consist of 10 or 12 sections with 12 gates with the first 7 gates easily drivable. I'd recommend anyone interested to come along and spectate for the day.

Any more info don't hesitate to ask!

Would mine be welcome with the Detroit and trutrac?

They run under the MSA rules which only allows locking or limited slip diffs if there factory fit to model, i'll ask and you might be able to compete but you would prob find it hard to control with the lockers due to tight turns etc.

Would love to do it BUT all these clubs seem to have the **** rule of no front seat passenger under the age of 14 years old.As a responsible parent if i thought it was dangerous i would make my son get out just like i do on pay and play days he then usually films it just incase it goes tits up then he has it on camera to show mummy what a #### dad was.:D

If you want details of I club I know they do tryos for 13 year's old and up rtvs and ccv and they let under 14 sit in the front as long as it has a belt

Cheers mate, little boy is 10,he's not wanting to drive just sit in with his dad and have some competitive fun.
