You used to be able to get it from Army surplus places, but new EU regulations mean it's a controlled toxic product not for domestic use. Go figure...

The problem with ex army paint is you don't know how old it is, and 5 litres enough to paint about 10 landys!
You are better off going to your local car paint supplier and asking them to mix it for you.
