Hi, does anyone know where I can find a table or list of values to compare my vehicles results to.for instance, I can see on the nanocom what volts are available at the abs sensors but do not know what they should be. some sort of reference would be useful. Or is it just me being thick!

5 volts at ABS sensors.

Hi, yes i realise that, I do not want to change anything. but for instance, if the tickover rpm should be 750 and mine is 760 ,I know it is about right, but if I dont know that 750 is the norm ,I have no idea if it right or not.

Look in RAVE at the technical specs, that will tell you idle is 750 RPM plus or minus 50 RPM. So yours is within limits.

You must have different maths in your part of the country!

Thanks for that, but i was looking at other values as well ,but I have no reference point, if you see what i mean

I know exactly what you mean. You're looking for a range of expected values or even "real world" values.

What car is it? Happy to share what I've got. It doesn't mean mine are right or yours are right, of course, but it might give an idea of whether your values are normal or not if we have enough to compare to.

I can setup a database easily enough but I don't have the means to do it on the web.

Here's my thread where I started playing: http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f10/nanocom-analysis-edc-fuelling-264285.html

Interesting journey, not least finding out all values should be at a warm idle. Still, you have to start learning somewhere, don't you? There was some more after that which came down to my FIP is tired and will need replacing at some stage but I'm waiting for it to become a bit more knackered before I shell out on one.

Happy to e-mail the files if that will help.
