hi guys. anyone got one of these and had trouble getting your unlock codes? i have been registered for several hours now and i haven't got any unlock codes

when i go to the page for 'browsing licenses' all i get is my product ID.

I know when i got my original nanocom it took a day before the codes were uploaded as my serial number was from a new batch that had not been pre loaded onto the site.

Id drop an email to support if i were you.

thanks Ben that just verifys what i thought may be happening. I did email them but the reply didn't suggest that it should take a day or so for the codes, just that they would look into it.
