Hello
Today I have connected my nanocom to my manual D2 Td5 (my 2003) to see what could be the reason of the relatively low power on low rpms (under 2000). Before that I have done some changes as removed the EGR, put new MAF, cleaned MAP and changed injector harness.
The nanocom showed me the following numbers:
MAF: idle about 57, 3rd gear over 3000rpm over 600g/s
Wastegate mod 30% max
Turbo pres: 1.15 bar max
Ambient pres: 98,5 Kpa
Manifold turbo pres: 215Kpa
Cylinder balances: -4, 1, -2, -2, 7
Do you see any value which is out of normal and could cause the lack of power or it is just my "feeling" compared to my previous automatic Td5?

Has it still got the wastegate modulator in place?

Cylinder balances, are they at idle?

Can you save a live running data .csv file and convert it to pdf . Then you can attach it here.

Although the TD5 D2 is not the sportiest of motors , I drove a std one recently and it was not too bad, compared to my stage 1 tuned one it was a little flat.

Cheers

Yes the wastegate modulator is still in place and the cyl. balances are at idle.

The MAP is a bit low, make sure that the wastegate is not stuck open, turbo hoses are not soft(delaminated), no oil in the ECU red plug...if all these are OK shorten the wastegate rod to 11 threads left from the locknut and see then

btw EGR is still on? if yes clean the valve or get rid of it asap

The EGR has removed. Injector harness changed, no oil in ECU.
Wastgate moves freely. I will check hoses and adjust slightly wastgate rod (it is now around 12-13 thread).
