nanocom 1 "function locked"

Hi
I have a nanocom 1 bought on eBay and only tried to use it today.

It will read and clear codes but all other function say "function locked".

What am I missing / doing wrong.

I hope this the right place to post but you can point me to right area.

Sounds to me like the unlock code for the vehicle you are trying to use the nanocom isn't entered

Thanks for the reply, I got it sorted today thanks to nanocom help, I had to register the device to access the 6 codes to unlock the functions.
