Is your ignition on? Most diagnostic tests can be done with the ignition off but maybe put the ignition on.
Is there a problem with the srs system?
Checked fuses?

Does it have the connector under the seat? That tends to act up if it does.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same problem I am trying to solve. I have my SRS light on and Airbag Fault but my Nanocom will not connect to the Airbag ECU to detect or clear faults? It talks to the other ECUs just fine.

Could be a problem with the OBD connector.

You can't clear an active fault, you need to double check you've resolved the issue 100%
What is the fault you've got and is it the early or later version SRS?
