Maybe send a pm requesting they reply via text within say 14 days (fortnights holiday maybe) and if no reply remove from list.

Can't be anything worse, I guess, from your point of view not getting replies!

Though has to be said, when you needed me, I got one text and a phone call, then about 20 texts came through about 12 hours later when it had all been done and dusted!! Text isn't totally reliable!

Yes txt is not most efficient but quicker than email, usually.

When texting, for example, from france to england or vice versa its 0033 and you leave out the 0 from their number so 0033 77777777777. Might help.
