Disco 2 n/s/f bumper cover removal

as title, need to get this off for paint as it's got an annoying scuff in it. i've removed the 3 screws underneath it, the 2 in the wheel arch and gently lifted the tabs under the headlight while giving the cover a pull as i watched a good old youtube video and this is exactly what they did but will mine move? will it heck!! it's almost like there's a fixing in the centre of it the thing holding it in place?

anyone help on this before i get all hulk on the thing?

If you are talking about the front bumper then in case of a facelift model it is hold by 3 nuts on both sides (plus 3 screws under). I have just removed mine.
There is one close to the end of the bumper fixing it to the front wing (13mm size).

That's what I'm trying to remove. Seen some pictures of 2nd hand ones and there doesn't appear to be anything on the back of them?
Is it a later revision? Do I need to take the arch liner out?

I have thought that you want to remove the whole bumper. This is in Rave...

Thank you. So it's just a case of brute force and ignorance as everything that needs unscrewing was unscrewed.
I'll have another crack at it tomorrow.
