N/S Door post is rotten

Hi, I've just been getting ready to put new door hinges on truck and I have found a hole just above the lower door hinge, so I've cleaned it up with wire brush and it's developed into a biggers hole (not happy). So I investigated a bit more and the top of the post is shot too, can anything be done to sort it or is it a big job and go to a body shop with it.

you can get new pillars to weld in , but usually requires more than you think to begin with

Have any idea where I could find them. I've just download parts catalog and I can't find any on that. And by any chance do you know somewhere I could find out how it should be done to repair the problem

You can see the various repair components available pretty well. It's almost like an advert for them. If you're handy with a MIG it shouldn't be too hard to put them together.
