N reg Disco Auto diesel vibration?

wondering if anybody can help me out got an N reg diesel auto disco with a vibration at around 30mph goes with acceleration, seems to be coming from the rear, wheels maybe?? have tightened bearings and swapped tyres, balanced wheels.
