Last thursday, on departing the house the front right tyre was down to about 10lbs of pressure, having been fine earlier in the day..

As i was on my way to a meeting i threw some pressure in up to 30 and figured i would stop on the way back at my usual tyre place and get it seen to.

after a 80 mile round trip including the M25, i stop into my tyre place and they pull the wheel. no nails or anything stuck in the tread.. put soap solution around the beading on both inner and outer beads, the valve and all around the tread.. nothing.. inflated to 32 psi and expected it to drop over the weekend

Check the tyre pressure still holding firm.. as i left it.

Now 5 days later the pressure hasn't dropped at all either !

WTF ?

Nothing in the tread, no sidewall damage no leak from the beads or the valve ...

Was it my laying on of hands on the bonnet and shouting 'Demons Out!!' that did it ?

Kids around here at one time loved taking valve cap off and releasing air then putting it back on little gits. Any kids around your way, or have you a joker at work?

Had one myself, now the spare. 38 psi it would loose pressure. It had been resealed on the bead. Put it as the spare with 50 psi and it has never lose a pound.

My front right can be fine for ages then drop to the majic figure of 12. It was fine sat at my mums for 3month still had 30 in it. Then used it and 1day two week ago looked soft when i went out so back up to 30 and its been there past two week (1200miles)

Nope on both counts wammers.. we have deer walking through the garden, come to think of it i did see some squirrels with a set of stereo removal keys and a badger with a trolley jack.

manc's I threw my fancy dress clothes out ,,!!!!! yeah I was really ****ed off when I had to get rid of my jimmy savil outfit !!!!! and the fixit badge cost me 20 quid that ,,and then fekin gary glitter got nicked an I had to get rid of the wig and sideburns and the feckin stacked shoes ??????
