my sunroof leaks

this is for a freelander 2 year 07

i am experiencing a lot of water coming in from around my sunroof which then runs down the corner post into my footwell .....

i have cleaned out the drain tubes / channels , and i now have a new seal in my hand .....

how do you disconnect the sunroof so i can get the seal on ?

any suggestions
