Unless I am mistaken that is the second of those Exmoor Trim seat diaphragms that has broken on you?

What material have you used? I assume it is something similar to that used on curtain sided lorry bodies?

Love those rims, I'm about to refresh the tyres on ym D2 and might ditch the steels and get some Zu/similar style rims if the offset is right.

And this is a great idea! I've got a full multigauage system in mine that I've built using a microntroller and some OLED screens, it would be really simple to add a sender to the ARB compressor output and monitor the pressure... Just...need....time :D

75/140?

Is it quieter for the thicker oil Peter?

Until now drove with BP Energear Hypo 80W-140 after BP Energear Hypo 80W-90.
... but, they're gone in Bulgaria!
That's what they drive quite a few racers friends.
I have already passed 1200km of tests, the oil is not thick.

Yacco BVX LS 1000 75W140 is a 100% synthetic long-lasting lube designed for heavily-loaded transmissions and beam axles.
Yacco BVX LS 1000 75W140 is recommended for locking differentials or limited-slip differentials for a wide range of applications.

Peter, I am impressed! Really nice work, on all your fabrication, and the attention to detail when fitting parts, like the rubber washers for sealing the bolt holes in the innerwing.

Today I changed made by me before the time LED bulbs. :D
I like the fact you actually made your own led bulbs. For most Lights I just buy bulbs from eBay, ots only if I'm putting LED sidelights / running lights into a cluster that I'll wire up the LEDs myself.
