iv recently bought myself a 300tdi discovery as a project and to use as an every day car/tow car so i can restore my classic and my alfa

it is a 98 r reg reasonable condition body work and runs well
the sills need doing and the front floors are rusty
i have a fairly short timescale to get this on the road as i need to start using it soon but more importantly it wants to be done right so i dont have to do it twice if it takes 3 months then id rather it did than was rushed

iv started a list of things to do

welding
1 new front floors
2 boot floor
3 rear arches
4 both sills
5 bases of a and b pillars
6 front inner wings
7 few little bits of plate here and there

other stuff
1 shocks
2 springs
3 polys all round
4 prop ujs
5 rear wheel bearings
6 2 new tyres
7 service engine
8 egr blank
9 wind up diesel pump a bit
10 fix rear tailgate lock
11 fit new radio and speakers

theres lots of other bits i want to sort but some will be done once the car is on the road
iv started over last few days and iv taken some pictures

you dont seem phased at all i cant bring myself to removing sill trim or pulling up carpet! guess i better gat practicing with the mig though,
look forward to seeing your progress!

Looks worse than my one was and I thought that was bad.. All do-able though. Whats the boot floor like..?

boot floor is not bad at all, were the floor and arch meet is a little rotten but otherwise solid

sills are now cut out doors are off so i can get to b pillars easy
