Nah, just pulled out the car wash and took some pics whilst it was clean, hence the front one being taken at the house, cos the original didnt come out as the sun was too strong.
Broken down - its not a Defender you know ;-)

Picked up some roof rails tonight, fit them tomorrow so as I can get my ladder bars fitted.
The side steps will be removed, cant abide the bl00dy things

Ooo it's purdy.
I've gone a bit tingly in my gentleman bits.

I'd have to sell a kidney to get one at the moment, that said the missus has 2.
I'm sure she wouldn't miss one.

Gary thanks for the recommendation.
Just been out and did all the activation of the IID.
That is some bit of kit.
Having had the Hawkeye and Nanocom Evo, I can safely say that this is the most user friendly I've come across.
I wasgoing to go for the Nanocom again but you convinced me so cheers fillah! :)

well, it was nodge that first said about them , wished to pass it on

i also had the hawkeye and this puts that into the dark ages

know they are a few bob, by mines paid for it self already

as you've got the sat nav and 4x4 screen u can do things with that as well

plus a few things i've found in the D3

if u look at the front light , in the middle front u will see a very small hole, it is a light , so if u put ur finger near the switch to turn it on u can see

if u hold the front centre light button for over 3x seconds , it will then come on automatic mode, so that when u open the door all the interior lights will come on , hold it again and will turn that feature off

when putting the terrain response system into mud ruts it will show u what position ur wheels are

plus don't forget the front breather

have put a post and link up in the other thread for u, in the this section

the 3rd button on the remote, yeh i know thought it was for the fbh, u can set it to alarm , light or boot open

hope that helps a little bit

oh and don't forget to print out the entire iid manual , is some reading

plus u should have the 2444 beta version ,

relieved ur pleased with the iid as well :D:D

yep got a nice folder , bought some clear A4 sleeves so if i refer to it whilst working in the car will keep the pages clean

u wait till u flash the ecu, its like blackpool illuminations , all the doors locking and unlocking , lights going on and off

i flashed the main control ecu to the later D3 2006 model , so it puts the clock on the display in front of u

u can also flash the compressor and much much more

oh i done autolock as well. over 15 mph all the doors lock

minus 5 , its about plus 9 here , as it's minus 5 ur fbh will then come on automatically

have read the iid manual cover to cover twice and learnt a huge amount about the disco and still learning

and I have to say the Customer Service is 2nd to none.
Email to Canada and reply within a few minutes, probably sitting eating pancakes and maple syrup for brekkie though
