rear arches, rear boot floor and inner wings have all been repaired, passed its mot on saturday morning and cost me £1600

rear towbars..............??....... following questions for anybody to answer) theres two types one one yours and the one with two pieces of angle iron like on mine.. whats the difference anything or nothing towing capacity wise?

Tow bar set-up on OP's Disco is standard LR fitment, by angle iron do you mean one like this?

Only difference is that the 2nd one is easier/quicker to adjust for height, tow rating is still the same for both (depending on tow bell used of course).
