Maybe you should have a solicitor though! I have one due to running a business and people who keep trying to sue me and other fun stuff, gotta say, having a solicitor kicking around is brilliant, a really, really good resource.

Most will give you 30 - 60 mins free - worth sitting down with one, explaining the situation and seeing what they suggest?

She has legal cover - but they dont reply to phone calls apparently.

Mind you - not to worry, coz for the next 3 or so years, she will be inundated with them calling her saying "have you been injured in your accident?"

:eek: To true :( it's really sad isn't it.

My thought was a real solicitor may be able to help out and get the expenses covered out of the legal cover given that the current legal cover is not performing.
