my 300tdi defender 90

hi ya, my name's dave and this is my defender 90 from when i got it to how it stands at the mo......still loads to do but will get there eventually

well these are the pics that sold it to me.....just a 6hr ish round trip to pick it up

a last minute trip to billing to see a friend, resulted in an empty wallet....
a new bumper and a few other bits and pieces

couldn't wait to fit it so we got started on fitting it whilst there.....bas performance kindly lent me a grinder so the excess metal could be cut away


forgot to take a pic after we fitted it, but heres a pic taken shortly after... oh yeah fitted a snorkel too

when i brought it, it had never had a stereo fitted..so after a call to raptor engineering... a center dash was ordered with my own layout lazer cut into it

speakers were cut into the the factory locations on the dash, and made my own mount for the rears



also made a new panel for the rear door, as it had a checker plate one and hated the way it reflected off the windscreen

hmm, for some reason it wont show the first pic. also had the windows tinted

then fitted central locking and electric windows, and a push button start.
then added a raptor gauge pod

time to add a few gauges

add some lights and a midland cb radio

went to peterborough landy show, and bought a new heated screen, a steering wheel and a few other bits and pieces

next up was wheels and tyres...oh yeah and new arches were needed

led light bar fitted, and a steering guard

next up was rock sliders

thinks thats about it for now
will be adding more soon

as said get a tracker fitted before it goes walkies

What's people's views on the disklok ??
Also fitting an x engineering pedal lock box

I'd fit the pedal box.
Get a scorpion tracker and a good alarm!
I'm going for the scorpion tracker and a clifford alarm!

finally got round to fitting my switches... they are not all in use at the mo. but they will be at some point

Security a definite .. Flying off the shelves locally

Very nice , I like the dash in particular .
