Bought myself a M reg (1995) Defender 90 300 tdi 2 years ago, the lad who originally rebuilt it had painted it orange and blue, ************** although i liked the colours and thought it made it stand out from all the black or green defender that we all see everywhere, i got fed up of all the lads in the Land rover club taking little pops at me for it, so i decided to re-paint the thing... now its blue and black!
Specs:
Original 300tdi with 97k on the clock, engines been out and completely rebuilt with all new bearings etc..
Heavy Duty 3.5ton clutch out of a Military 130
Galv Chassis
Galv Bulkhead
Galv Axles
Galv Fuel Tank Guard
Galv Roof rack (not fitted as its currently getting Light bars fitted to it)
33/12.50/15's (BFG All-Terrains)
Warn 10k Winch (never even used the thing)
and fitted a pair of EVO2 LED headlights with matching LED side lights all round for a better look and night light when driving!
