Brought this damaged so in the process of repairing and converting to a truck cab

nice, you checked the chassis isn't bent?

Had a good look round the chassis and looks ok. Obviously without taking all measurements I'm unable to tell... think it's spent most of it's time on it's roof

Could not unbolt wing so had to cut off

As it's been on it's roof and I had a 'run on' issue I stripped the intercooler and piping down. .made a mess

Yep it's a lot of work. But it's a project as I get bored at home so passes the time and should be nice once finished

Not sure of any of it's history.... if it stalled or carried on running during the accident..

When it run on with me I stalled it... since removing the intercooler last night I have since run it up and didn't run on and sounded good! I will refit intercooler tonight and run it up again

nice, hopefully you got yourself a nice lil bargain :)

It may start off a bargain but I know owning a defender will soon start costing me when I start modding and playing with it haha :bounce:

Well things are underway now.. got 95% of my parts just need a rear door now!
May have to bite the bullet and get a new one. Need to prep and T wash some parts now
