Bummer :Cry: Pub sounds very promising for the near future. An offroading friendly pub Is there any room for playing out the back? :lol:

Hi,
Can't make today, I was looking forward to this! My Disco's been Sorn as the Clutch had gone, it's fixed, just tried taxing it> Won't let me do it till tomorrow. Otherwise i've got to tax it from the start of Feb and I'm not giving the useless government a penny more then I need to!
Anybody planning any off roading tommorrow? Green laning in the Hants, Sussex or surrey area?

Might come to brick lane today just to see whats going on! Don't think my works transit will be much good off road!!!

ahh it was great, i broke a cv and lost both my number plates in "the hole"

but the snorkel worked...

To lose one plate, but two init? Was a good afternoon though, proper busy. Car got home ok last night, no major problems. Can't believe I stuffed the car so badly and it still works.

Theres some good pics there, im the one in the silver rangie with the light bar on the roof, the other rangie with the hi lift on the bonnet belongs to me mate 5 toes. funny, ive been on this forum for a little while now and had not seen this thread lol.

Cheers! It's starting to take shape now, am well happy with the work so far. My poor little baby was taken by surprise from behind, can you tell? :lol: Mud4Brains had no handbrake, so he thought he would park his car on my spare tyre!

I don't do things by halves! Went into the play area, turned right into what I thought was more watery mud, and it wasn't. Came up against a wall of pure mud!
It conked out, probably due to the fact that all the important inerds were submerged! Soon as it was dragged out backwards (thanks sooooo much guys), some WD "go juice" was sprayed and with a bit of a battery charge, she started! Air box had about an inch of mud in the bottom and the air filter was soaked. Drove it to Halfords for some spares with no airbox or filter on and Mud4Brains gave it a bit of a service, jobs a gooden!

Oh, this ol' thread is just a little thing I created

It was a great day, there is always some sort of disaster when we go out..(part of the fun)

RAV 4 snorkel is in the making...............................

Its good fun up there, it was my mates 1st time and he put me and a few friends to shame lol, hes making us go again this weekend, his RRC has now got a permanent space in my workshop, i have slowly been modding my RRC over the last year or so and he has done more than me in 5 days lol.

Good pic of me after being pulled out of the drink

The little Jap one did suffer after. Brought up an underlying problem with the oil pump which was on it's way out. Is now in the workshop having a rest waiting to be fixed :Cry:
