I did the search but can't quite find what I seek. Forgive me if I overlooked it.
2003 Landrover se3 (3door).
Finally replaced just about every computer on this pos..... Ya I'm starting to hate this vehicle. Did a battery pull to clear any electronic charge to the system as I swapped the last computer in (throttle pedal one). Now my tailgate window is buggered.
Motor makes a clicking sound like something is stuck and it's skipping. I ran my skinny fingers along the cable, track, slides, and pullies and it appears all intact. I am able to manipulate the window to some extent by triggering the motor to run and manually pulling the window up or pushing it down. Otherwise it's as stuck as stuck can be. Also the motor does seem to get warm when attempting to get it to work.
Suggestions?
