More problems

Put anew set of rear seats in today which all went well then I decided to change the door locks as 2 of the hold ones could be turned with any key, the rear door went fine but the front door as a different barrel the old one is longer and has threaded hole in the back rather than the shorter ones where you need to seperate them from the plastic, then the old barrel fell to bits after removing it! Do I need to buy new handles or can I just get the plastic bits and put the new locks in? I don't want to have different keys for all the doors?

Can I convert them in any way? Want to keep the same key for all 3 locks!
