Arse!
My other hub is leaking ep90 past the swivel seal, now my hubs use one shot , not EP90, so the oil is coming from the final drive.
Its years since I stripped a hub out, how far in do I have to go to replace the seal? Is it on the swivel housing that bolts to the axle casing?

More than likely your swivel ball halfshaft seal is shot, if you use one shot, and yet have runny oil coming out it is the only place it can come from!

Yeah man, that's what I asked. So , the seal is in behind the swivel bearing housing? Does the half shaft need to come out first , I.E. hub strip down?

The seal is in the flange of the swivel ball that mates to the flange on the axle....

To access this seal you have two options, option 1 is to remove the brake caliper, then unbolt the entire swivel ball, hub and disc assembly as a complete unit from the axle.....option 2 is to strip the hub assembly and disc off, then remove the swivel housing and finally unbolt the ball from the axle to get at the seal.
