hi. had my 90 for about a year now its an 06reg 2.5 td5..only had a few minor problem with it. wipper motor and a few relays..but it has allways been a bit moody it runs fine most of the time but now and again with no rhime or reason. it goes like a v8 it pulls like a train. and then back to normal...... but saying that i dont know whats normal is..is it when its going like a bat out of hell. or is it when its running well normal. hard to explane it?.. hope some one can help...?

Clean yer MAP sensor and then report back.
When mine gets like that it's usually due to a gunked up MAP. I had to clean mine again the other day.

If it was flat on initial acceleration and then suddenly picked up it's likely to be yer MAF sensor goosed.
