mod to civvy for divvy

Hi all, hope you all ok. Firstly I know this has been asked in various ways on here before, but I freely admit I'm no Albert Einstein and I'm getting confused by replies. So what I'm looking for from you more knowledgeable people is a simple yes or no and possibly a link or two? The question is this, can I buy an adaptor for making an ex mod land rover towing electrics into the 7 pin for my little old erde trailer? The towbar itself I can change, but electrics not my thing, so go ahead, make my day. Thanks in advance ( for useful answers that is).
