I don't post much here, but I have a good feeling I'll start. I'm in the middle of a 3.9efi install in my previous 3.5 110. The easy part is done (engine bolted in). I've run into a couple of areas where I could use your help. I thought that since this was a common swap, I had it all figured out The engine is from a Land Rover _______??? I bought it from a guy that was going to use it in a kit car. The engine number is 36D0000 so that should mean 88 or newer.
First, the belt. Any idea what is missing in this config? I was thinking it was a tensionner, but not 100%
And after bolting her up, I noticed there was an oil cooler or oil pressure switch in the oil filter housing? Does this mean I need to get a new rad and lines?
Also, this is what it will eventually be powering. Any ideas on moving the snorkel to the other side? lol
