Missing rubber

Hi
I am new here but does anyone know what the rubber bits on the top by the leaf springs at the back are called
I think they help when fully loaded.
They are missing and wondered if they are an MOT fail or not???

I only have a Disco and was wrong about leaf springs i ment rear suspension sorry
they were the bump stops thanks

Ok This is what's stated in the mot testers manual "Note: a missing bump stop rubber is not a reason for rejection." i'm sure it will get a mention though.

if you dont have bump stops at all it wont fail but if you have on thats hanging on with one bolt etc it will fail as classed as a hazard

Thanks guys
The rubber is missing but the bolts and plate are still there so i have some on order from Lancaster just in case £8 plus VAT sounded a bit steep but the MOT is tuesday afternoon

There £4 + £4 p&p on ebay from DLS but some are a bit less.

Lancaster is only 5 mins up the road so not mch in the way of a saving but i will lok there for next parts i need
good call i never look on there for stuff prehaps i should start
