Runs Tom Tom and Memory Map, indeed (as it's a PC) anything else .... but these aren't produced anymore so I wouldn't recommend buying one now. I'd suggest almost any reasonably recent PDA with in-built gps is good but make sure it has SIRF III chipset, much better satellite comms, or make sure it has bluetooth and use a remote bluetooth gps receiver. Having said that ... I'm not sure which versions of MM run with which versions of Mobile Windows, mine just all work together, but I'll have a look and tell you versions later. A lot depends on where you get MM from, I guess, and whether you buy a ful, legit, copy ...
Memory Map is run initially on a PC, desktop or Laptop, then written to the PDA from there. Maps can be kept in separate folders and transfer to the pda via the PC and vice-versa. Route details can also be kept separate and easily exchanged between units.
Attachment shows my PDA next to the PC monitor, the green outlined squares are map sections, the red and blue lines are tracks I have been down or routes programmed into the unit, I have just about all UK and a lot of France ...
