Ok just noticed on thread bottom left it on gives the day( Monday Tuesday etc) and then time of post. Were on the old form there was a calendar date example July 23 2015 at least you knew how old a post was in a thread.

it'll change. when the post is within a short time it'll say 3 hours ago or whatever. then it'll change to tuesday if you are within a week, then date format

Can the Donate banner go? I don't want that publicised in such an obvious way especially with potential links to FB & Tw@tter. It used to be a discrete change of name colour which meant nothing to visitors or Newbies.

Like I said I agree with most things you say and I know you contribute to here with p38 advice. James martin I didn't always agree with but his overall knowledge of Land rover was a huge contribution to a landrover forum. different views make for banter and argument

I've no issue with your opinion but just because the formatt is different doesn't mean the rules have changed. I'd have edited it if you hadn't sworn so many times

People can care about likes or not, can't say I do but it was one of the most frequently requested features that wasn't available with vbulletin.

Other than the swear filter needing to be sorted (as you so ably pointed out

) and getting more and better smilies it's still just Landy folk posting what they want. The rest is just the background.

If you want to keep posting about how rubbish it is, it'll probably be a bit rubbish

I honestly don't understand the need to move to xenforo.

VBB does have the like feature too, but it's a thumbs up rather than 'like'.

it was a heavily modded old 3.8 version.. no longer maintained by vbb. it should have went ages ago.. it was just good fortune it wasn't hacked more often and everything wasn't lost.

it had to change, no way around it.

personally, i think it's nice and the tweaks it's getting everyday makes it better.

if you head to vbulletin.com and see what the default skin looks like... well.. much prefer this. plus the new vbb features with 'social integration' are very similar.. so sticking with vbb would still have the facebook sheeeiite and even people on the vbb forum slag 5 off, vbb is currently fooked up

Not really I'm a bit slow at this stuff. One thing I do like is you can have proper group conversations via pm. If you send a mail to 5 people then all of you can see every really rather than replies only going to the original sender
