Me and my first Land Rover!!

Hi all!

I’m new to the forum and have always wanted my own Land Rover. I remember my Dad owning a freelander 1 when I was younger and I’ve had a soft spot for land rovers ever since! I’ve finally got round to buying my own and have recently bought a freelander 2! The ‘fun’ is already beginning as I’ve now noticed the Haldex is making a noise and im guessing this isn’t a cheap fix. All part of owning a Land Rover (or so I’ve read)
Even after this minor and probably expensive set back, I can’t wait to go travelling in it, take it off road, and enjoy the Land Rover life!!

Eggsperianced freelander 2 owners change the haldex oil every 20k miles and change the filter every 40k miles, as preventative maintenance. Video below. Can be done yerself. Make some HippoRamps (tm) and start collecting tools.
